Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer preference.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at elgebetiqulture@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed and approved, we will gladly send a replacement item at no additional cost.
